We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been readied for dispatch or have been dispatched.


In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like Glass Items, etc. Please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products.


Refunds and returns will only be processed if the product received has a functional issue, refunds will not be processed on the basis of personal preference. To claim a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team. All replacements and refunds will be initiated only after the original product has reached the company and defect verified. 


Refunds are generally processed and funds returned on the customer's bank account within 10 business days.


In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.


Note: For preowned products where the product faces known (and/or documented) issues, we do not provide refunds.




Damaged/faulty products must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date accompanied with clicked images of the defective product.


The return policy is 7 days. In case of electrical products functional issue or other issues for that matter (besides personal preferences), it can be returned within a period of 15 days.


All defective items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with the accompanying accessories and packaging intact.

Yoohomz Return Policy and Process


 Very first you contact to our customer care department and let them say your order ID details. The customer support will confirm your order status then guide you about the return goods process of yoohomz.com.  As we have different product hence the return policy will differ as per the product ordered by you. Once the return request is confirm by our customer care department, you can proceed for the return process. 

Yoohomz will arrange the return schedule and pick-up arrangement after confirming from your end. You should repacked the product in original box along with the original tags, label etc.  All the information will be sent to your e mail ID related to return of goods along with the details. In case yoohomz.com not arrange the process within the said period, then there one more option with you to send the return goods direct to the seller. Yoohomz.com can arrange all the assistance towards the return process of damage or incorrect goods.

 Cash back to you according to the payment gate-way process (where the payment has been made) , You can also use this amount in another next purchase also from our wallet. It’s up the customer choice.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account or in the form of a coupon code in their yoohomz.com account.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:


The items should be unused.

The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.

 They should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

 Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

 In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to seller address as per the guideline given by yoohomz.com. In this case, an amount of logistic cost ( as per the yoohomz.com norms ) will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

 Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
